I was late for my cousin's wedding. I ran into a big hall, found a seat and clapped with everybody else. People smiled at me and shook my hand. Then the groom's uncle said, "You must be a friend of the groom! Please give a speech." What could I do? I stood up and talked about love and sandwiches. Everyone laughed, and some people cried.
Only then did I look at the bride. I had never seen her before! It was the wrong wedding. My cousin's wedding was next door. I slipped out and ran there. I gave the same speech again, and both families cheered. I went home with two slices of cake.
